Because caregivers deserve care too 💚💙

This amazing customer came in for compression socks for her husband and casually mentioned her knee had been bothering her. Christine had her try on the knee sleeve and just like that, the pain was gone!

As her husband’s primary caregiver, walking is her daily escape, and now she can do it comfortably. Her reaction? “Oooohh lala!”

Of all the great foundations out there that we are lucky to support there is nothing more important to us than supporting the Pink Chair project. Pink Chair Cara walked into our lives six months after we opened with an idea to help any person diagnosed with breast cancer. I will never forget the day and I will never forget the conversation, her passion based on her own breast cancer experience to provide lift chairs to those going through cancer was a turning point in how I looked at On The Mend. She gave me the vision to see just how much we could help those who are struggling with various disease and physical challenges. I’m forever grateful to the Pink Chair project for what they brought to On The Mend and I will forever be a supporter and a fan.

Manager 2-“We will be better off than if we don’t train them and they stay! “

The cost of educating your team is a fraction of the cost you will incur if you do not train and educate them.

Yesterday OTM went to the drawing board with the whole squad to dig deep into process and product.

Twice a year we close all our stores and spend a whole day learning how to be better, own our lanes and kick the tires on our teamwork.

We want to thank Hotel Zero and Terra restaurant in Danbury for their exceptional service. We also want to thank our amazing customers for their patience and understanding. We know there’s one day we couldn’t get you what you needed, but it was all part of working toward better solutions. Thank you for standing with us as we grow and improve.
