I met a new massage client today and she poured how she was feeling and everything else going on with her and said the words, “if you can fix my life,” jokingly 😅

I felt in awe with the trust she had with me right from the beginning. I may not be able to fix everything in her life but I was glad that I can hold space for her and may the massage help her relax and feel better and that can create positive ripple through other areas of her life.

It reminded me of why I chose this career. I wanted a profession that clients look forward to seeing. I wanted to be a place where people can be nourished. Most importantly, to be a ray of hope in their stressful life and body.

Thank you so much for the reminder. ✨💕✨ My heart felt so happy and I’m so grateful for this life.

When strong emotions such as fear and trauma are not processed, they can stay in our body, causing muscle tension and over time, showing up as an illness. Massage helps to spark energetic flow within the body, at the same time, balancing the nervous system. Fear can be pretty imminent for some at the moment. During this time, it's important to practice self-care and to ensure that each are taking care of their physical, mental and emotional health.

For this reason, may this Community Outreach Program make therapeutic massage more accessible to those that usually cannot book a session. This is on a honesty based policy, no questions asked as to why, just the price you want to be charged, starting at $90.

When the voice of the world gets too loud, massage helps to bring you back to center and hear yourself ✨💗✨ I got into massage when I was in college. I was stressed out, depressed and would experience bouts of anxiety. Massage was my self-care. Not only did it help with tightness when I was working out, it also assisted me in practicing self-love which, led me to be able to hear myself and follow my heart.

As a college student working part-time, it was a big choice to allocate a budget for massage, since, for most, it’s not seen as a necessity. It was all worth it though!

Because of that, it’s important for me to be able to offer massage and make it accessible to those who need it that may be experiencing financial hardship. If you haven’t read through the many pages of my website, there is an option for a Sliding Scale Program 😉 Don’t hesitate to reach out.
