Tip of the Week Tuesday!

This is an easy-to-use exercise jig for a patient with D5 central slip repair after longstanding boutonnière deformity. It allows for frequent early limited arc ROM. I start with 0-30 at 3 weeks post-op, 0-45 at 4 weeks and 0-60 at 5 weeks (only progressed if no recurrent deformity occurs).
