Many of us set intentions – in our work, our personal lives, or even our yoga practice!
Intention-setting can help us identify and align with what’s truly important to us.
But what about embodying our intentions?
When we have an intention we want to manifest in our lives…
Whether it’s a:
☮️Quality we want to cultivate
❤️Feeling we want to experience
🎯Goal we want to achieve
…Infusing that intention in body and mind may help us be more successful with manifesting it.
In our free practice circle this week, we’ll take some time to explore and embody our intentions.

🔍Explore this intention in mind and body
🧘🏽♀️Infuse this intention through practices like yoga postures, relaxation, and visualization
