If you have ever felt like you didn't "fit" into a yoga studio, I want you to know: I have been there. I have practiced yoga in a body that was 100 lbs heavier, and I practice in the body I have today.
Losing 100 lbs taught me a lot about discipline, but yoga taught me how to live in my skin at every stage of that journey. Because I've moved through the world in different versions of myself, I dont just teach poses- I teach that actually work for your unique anatomy
Why flow with me?
- I know what it feels like when a belly, chest, etc gets in the way and I have the cues to help you find space.
-body positive & neutral: we focus on what your body can do and how it feels, not just how it looks in a mirror. I always say the goal of my classes is walking out and feeling the best we can for that day.
-zero judgement: whether you’re here for mobility, strength or just a moment of peace, you are welcome exactly as you are right now
