A heartfelt thank you to Sanctuary Hospice, Serenity Hospice and Home, Unity Hospice and Palliative Care, and Transitions Care for your beautiful Easter basket donations your support helped make the day extra special for everyone involved.

And a sweet thank you to St. Croix Hospice for the delicious goodies that brought even more smiles to the celebration 🍬✨

Look what’s been hopping around our halls! Our talented residents got creative and turned ordinary socks into the cutest little bunnies ever seen!!! 🐰 🌼 🌸 🏵
Each Bunny has it's own personality- silly or sweet, all are made with lots of love and laughter!
