Announcement by NOW Foods

Amazon Changes: Recently Amazon announced new rules requiring assays for supplements sold on Amazon. This should help improve overall quality by the process of only allowing three qualified labs doing the testing and sending results directly to Amazon. Brands will have some higher testing costs, but this should help clean up our industry. The only negative is that Amazon’s action is limited to some products that are labeled as Diet, Sexual and Sports. All regular supplements continue with no additional testing requirements. NOW is ready for this with our internal labs, which are ISO17025 approved, and already compliant with these new rules.
