Seasonal allergies are not something you just “have” every year… they’re often a sign your body is out of balance.
Most people think it’s just pollen.
So they take an antihistamine and move on.
But that’s not actually fixing anything.
In many cases, seasonal allergies are connected to what’s happening inside your body.
The first place I look is gut health.
When the gut is inflamed or compromised, the immune system tends to overreact… and that can show up as allergies.
I’ve had patients remove certain inflammatory foods and see their seasonal allergies completely improve.
The second piece is detoxification.
If the body isn’t clearing out toxins and inflammatory triggers properly, it builds up… and the body becomes more reactive.
I’ve even seen patients give up gluten and dairy, and not only do their seasonal allergies improve… but things like pet allergies start to go away too.
Because we’re reducing the overall inflammatory burden on the body.
So if you’re dealing with seasonal allergies every year, instead of asking “what should I take”…
start asking “what is my body reacting to… and why?”
When you support the body and reduce the stress on it, symptoms often start to resolve.
