When it comes to effectively collaborating with peers to achieve a goal, Moniqua Artis, is an excellent model. She always looks for ways that the team can come together for the betterment of a resident or for the center as a whole. Moniqua joined the Mount Olive Center team in January and has built relationships based on respect and trust.
