Outbound Sales Associate
TMP Direct, a leading provider of sales support services, has immediate openings in our call center located in the International Trade Zone business park, right off Routes 46, 80 and 206 in Mt. Olive, NJ.
We are looking for individuals ready to work in a fast paced contact center and initiate outbound calls to potential customers for one of our clients in the medical alert industry. These potential customers have previously shown an interest in our client’s product and we need individuals who can convert these leads into sales. Join our growing team and apply today.

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients via outbound phone calls.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales messaging to meet the consumer’s needs
• Understand customer needs and offer product solutions specific to their needs
• Share information about company/product utilizing sales scripts
• Meet all sales quotas
• Answer potential customer questions and overcome potential objections
• Close sales and lead customer through purchasing process
• Entry and management of customer data accurately in Salesforce

Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Ability to work as an active member of a team
• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
• Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrated and proven sales results

• Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm
