Did you know your progesterone levels after ovulation can make or break conception?

One of the most common insults to the adrenal (stress) glands that I see in practice?

❌ Skipping breakfast
☕ Drinking coffee on an empty stomach
⏳ Fasting first thing in the morning

This combo might feel “productive” or “energizing” at first—but here’s what’s actually happening:
➡️ Cortisol spikes even higher than it naturally does in the morning

Many women come to our clinic feeling frustrated with their hormone health — and I often see these three main issues:

1. Complete testing hasn’t been done

Too often, patients haven’t had a full hormone panel. This means only part of the picture is being looked at, leaving symptoms unexplained and solutions incomplete. Understanding your hormone health starts with a comprehensive approach, not guessing based on a few tests.

2. Testing isn’t done at the right time in their cycle

Hormone levels fluctuate throughout the month. If testing isn’t timed correctly, results can be misleading — showing “normal” numbers when there may actually be an imbalance. Proper timing ensures we get accurate insights into your body’s unique rhythm.

3. Temporary fixes don’t solve the problem

Many women are given solutions like birth control or other short-term fixes before the triggers are fully explored. These may mask symptoms, but they don’t answer the deeper question: why is my body feeling off? Women deserve answers, not shortcuts.
