🌼 Nature has a way of slowing us down and helping us notice the little things. During our Adaptive Wellness in Nature series at River Bend, we spotted some beautiful spring blooms while exploring the trails with naturalist Krista! 🌿
From vibrant colors to unique shapes and textures, each flower gave us a chance to connect with nature, spark conversation, and enjoy movement in a peaceful setting. 🌸✨
We are so grateful for opportunities like these that encourage wellness, curiosity, community, and time outdoors. Which flower would you stop to admire on your walk?
🌼💚

How man of these flowers can you identify?

April is OT Month, and we’re celebrating the powerful role Occupational Therapy plays in helping individuals with Parkinson’s disease live stronger, safer, and more independently.

From improving balance and coordination to supporting daily tasks like dressing, cooking, writing, and staying active in the community—OT helps people focus on what matters most: living life with confidence.

At Neuro Advantage Rehabilitation, we work one-on-one with each client to create personalized strategies that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Through movement, functional training, and specialized care, we help our Parkinson’s patients keep doing the things they love.

Occupational Therapy is more than treatment—it’s empowerment. 💙

🏃‍♀️ Goal setting doesn’t stop when we leave the clinic.

Today, Anika and Megan, 2 of our physical therapists ran a half marathon—putting into action the same principles we help our patients work toward every day: consistency, resilience, and progress over perfection.

We know that big goals aren’t achieved overnight. They’re built one step, one rep, one mile at a time. Whether it’s returning to walking independently, improving balance, or crossing a finish line, the journey matters just as much as the outcome.

We’re proud to practice what we preach—and even more proud of the individuals we work with who show up and put in the work toward their own goals every day.

💬 What goal are YOU working toward right now?
