We are so excited to announce our newest Behavioral Health provider - Nicolle Medina MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC!

Nicolle Lea Medina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience. She began her advanced practice nursing career in 2005 and founded North Iowa Family Health Care PLC, where she served as the owner and primary care provider for 11.5 years. Since 2008, she has also served as the Medical Director and Medical Provider for the Cerro Gordo County Jail, providing essential healthcare services in a correctional setting.

Nicolle currently practices in Clear Lake, Iowa. In 2021, she expanded her clinical scope by earning her certification in psychiatric mental health from Maryville University. Since then, she has provided outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, including those struggling with addiction. She has received additional specialized training in substance abuse treatment to further support individuals on their recovery journey.

Nicolle will be available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday's 7am - 1pm
