What’s on my mind? I have mixed emotions about today. Bittersweet comes to mind. Sadness with a glint of relief. In 2000 I graduated from massage therapy school. Over the last 22 years I have worked with an extensive number of clients, built some amazing connections, have had expansions and downsized. The beautiful thing about being an LMT is that I could ebb and flow with the season of my life. Being my own boss has allowed for family time and given me tremendous flexibility. I have loved every second. Today I am closing my office. I will no longer be in an office setting and this is taking me back to the beginning. Full circle. Travel therapy will be available. For now. Thank you all for the support, friendship, and BUSINESS! I never doubted my ability but a 22 year career did not seem possible. And it would not have been without clients like You!

Health should be a priority, for some of us we are fortunate and we are never sick. Though our bodies may ache a bit, our mind might be sluggish, maybe energy comes in the form of a lot of caffeine, or we are suffering from environmental depression. Tomorrow I celebrate 42 years around the sun! I set out years ago and continue my efforts for Health , Wellness , and Abundance. I have found many natural ways to enhance my health. My overall balance in life is the most important ; family, friends , fitness, faith, field, etc. I am Thankful for all of those who have supported me and helped me grow , I have learned something from every person I have ever met. I will continue to support my community of Friends and strangers alike in an effort to find their Balance. Peace and Joy , Love , and many Thanks
