Coastal Carolina Physical Therapy, LLC is a specialty Physical Therapy company founded by Dr. Thomas H. Nadeau, PT, DPT and Dr. Alexander Nadeau, PT, DPT, graduates of Husson University School of Physical Therapy.

Our mission is to meet each person’s functional needs by integrating a variety of clinical expertise with respect and inclusivity. Our hands-on approach addresses the source of pain and discomfort in order to optimize mobility. The priority is to ensure that the rehabilitation process is effective, convenient, and stress-free to ensure long-term health and wellness.

Our practice is located at 3014 S. Morgans Point Road, Suite D, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466. We will be open as of January 2, 2023 and we would like to collectively collaborate with you to allow for our patients to receive optimal care, while constructing a meaningful relationship.
