This program is designed for seniors with Pre-Diabetes and includes:
✅ 16 weekly sessions
✅ 6 monthly sessions
✅ Education, encouragement, and support for lifestyle changes to help prevent diabetes

💡 Did you know? Nationally, the Diabetes Prevention Program has been shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 70% in adults ages 60+ with overweight or obesity and prediabetes.
