✨Monday Reminder✨

We gain so much of our power back when we practice self-compassion. When we are struggling, we often feel that we are going through this world alone and that nobody else could possibly understand the pain in the same way that we do. In some ways, that’s true. Support systems are SO important, but one of the most important people we need compassion from is ourselves. We tend to be our own worst critic and therefore need the most kindness and compassion from OURSELVES. Give yourself a break, cheer yourself on, allow your body and mind to rest. You deserve kindness.

I am an LGBTQ+ therapist who works with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.

My focus is on gender, sexuality, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

I practice from an inclusive, q***r competent, gender affirming, and anti-racist approach.

I strive to create a safe space for clients to facilitate collaboration, processing, and healing.

I am currently accepting clients all over the state of South Carolina for virtual therapy.
