✨New Therapy Group✨ Anxiety Skills Group for kids ages 8-11 starts April 7th

Does this sound familiar?
➔ Your child seems nervous in social situations or when meeting new people
➔ Your child overthinks things and worries they’ll make a mistake
➔ You notice your child has difficulty speaking up and joining in on activities

This group may be a great fit if:
▪️ Your kid hasn't been in therapy before and you're wondering if leaning coping skills for anxiety could be helpful
▪️ Your kid is in therapy now and would benefit from practicing their skills in a group setting
▪️Your kid has graduated from therapy and could use a refresher to keep building confidence and coping strategies with peers
▪️Your kid's anxiety doesn't seem overwhelming, but they could benefit from building confidence and practicing skills with other kids that understand what they're going through
