We are looking for an Office Secretary/Receptionist (details below):

The Office Secretary/Receptionist position at Prime Care DME Medical Supply requires the person to wear multiple hats in the organization and some of the job duties include:

1. Answering the phone and collecting patients’ information (from walk-ins as well).
2. Working on denials and/or prior authorizations by calling insurance companies.
3. Calling various Dr. offices for any pending documentation (notes/CMN, etc.)
4. Working closely with the billing company and sending them information for billing.
5. Helping maintain various office logs (cleaning log, inventory, etc.).
6. Office organization
