As we recognize Nurses Week, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the nurses who serve across our Focused Care communities. Their work is the foundation of long‑term care, a blend of clinical excellence, compassion, and unwavering dedication that shapes the daily experience of every resident and family we serve.
Our nurses live out our organizational values in powerful ways. They embody our EPIC standard — Every Person Is Crucial — not as a slogan, but as a daily commitment to dignity, safety, and human connection.
