There’s something powerful—almost magical—about Rabbit Pose. 🐇✨
In this posture, we turn inward… physically and mentally. The spine rounds, the head drops, and we’re invited into a deep sense of surrender. It’s not about how it looks—it’s about how it feels to let go. To release tension, quiet the mind, and create space where we didn’t even realize we were holding on.
Rabbit is known for gently compressing the spine, stimulating the nervous system, and increasing circulation to the brain—leaving you feeling clear, calm, and reset. It’s humbling, grounding, and surprisingly transformative.
And how fitting on Easter… a day rooted in renewal, reflection, and new beginnings. 🌿
