Here are some of the standards that our agency must meet and maintain to have the Home Care Standards Bureau A+ Certification:

● We are properly licensed by applicable state and federal regulatory organizations

● All of our caregivers are our employees. We do not use registries or contract workers.

● All of our caregivers have passed a multi-tiered background check, including but not limited to a state multi-jurisdictional, criminal, s*x offender registry and current state driving record.

● We are fully insured, carrying liability coverage, worker’s compensation, vehicle insurance, and more

● All our caregivers must pass annual caregiver education

● We abide by the HCSB Regulatory Board Code of Standards and Ethics
