Pool day prep by the pros! 🐳 These kids are getting their stretches in before diving into summer, making sure their shoulders are ready! 🏊‍♂️ Repetitive swimming motions can put extra stress on your joints—especially the shoulders. Try a quick stretch routine before hitting the pool to warm up and prevent injury.
