Each year, Heritage Park Village hosts a community-wide Trick-or-Treat event where our residents hand out candy and join in the fun! 🎃👵👴 This event is open to the public, and we encourage everyone to attend. We’ll have games, trick-or-treating, and prizes for all ages!

This event means so much to our residents — it gives them the joy of being included, connecting with families, and creating memories with our community. ❤️

To help make this another successful year, we are accepting candy donations. Donations can be dropped off at Heritage Park Village (1714 N. Edwards, Mt. Pleasant) or call Amy Hess at 903-573-2404 to arrange a pickup.

This morning some of our residents reflected on a simple but powerful lesson—a wrinkled, torn piece of paper. Even though it was damaged, it still had worth and value.

Just like that paper, our lives may be marked with wrinkles, scars, or past mistakes, but God never sees us as trash or disposable. Instead, He sees us as His beloved creation, valuable and full of purpose. 💜

A big thank you to Cypress Basin Hospice's team, JP for leading today’s message, to Rusty for leading us in hymns and Wes for his faithful support, and to Huey's Mount Pleasant for welcoming us into their space and letting us enjoy their wonderful coffee. ☕️

What a beautiful reminder that in God’s eyes, we are always treasured. 🙏
