We know it is back to school but we could not let the summer slip by without highlighting one of our "patients in the wild." Stephen Nickerson was caught performing the psoas-hip flexor stretch and the standing hamstring stretch while on vacation this summer. Talk about dedication! 👏
Both of these stretches help offset sitting to reduce pain in the low back. The stretches work to lengthen the muscles that are in the shortened position when you are seated. In Stephen's words- "These stretches are life changing." Keep up the great work!

Today, Dr. Lindstrom performed his first ever elfjustment!
Atnas the Elf explained to our staff how wrapping presents, flying to the North Pole every night, and keeping watch for Santa has taken a toll on his body over the years. He told us the only thing that helps his pain is 200mg of candy cane! Fortunately for Atnas we were able to squeeze him in for an appointment before his big day. After his elfjustment he flew off the table feeling full of magic again! Hopefully this lands Dr. Lindstrom a spot on the nice list.🎁
