When you "Drop off" from social media because your "real life" becomes more real than your "virtual" one...
I'm happy to say I'm living life and it's refreshing to be off the grid of this social grind.
*Stress patterns start to change
*Posture ameliorates
*Photo gallery is no longer filled with selfies and unused video clips
*meal time is no longer consumed, making or responding to content
*selling oneself and ones lifestyle, no longer necessary
There's an absolute 💯 HOST of benefits I've been enjoying by being less seen.
And... at the same time, my personal Shamanic practice as my own inner guide is massively expanding!
I'm excited for this growth opportunity ✨️ and taking time for nourishing every aspect of my mind, body, and spirit!
It's so refreshing. I haven't felt this level of well being as a well being specialist in years, and it's shown me how INSANE the stress levels are.
I reached my own breaking point of caring for others ahead of myself, and that will never happen again.
Hell, I've even pretty much told coffee to GO KICK ROCKS 🪨... 😅
For now, this winter, I'm in a cozy place, like a mama bear 🐻, in hibernation!
I'd love to hear from you and how your health and well being is affected by social media?good or bad?
Sending love ❤️ and Blissings
