Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. Our experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one. Sea Grove Recovery is proud to be a member of Foundations Recovery Network. Physicians are on the medical staff of Sea Grove Recovery, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Sea Grove Recovery. This month, we are proud to spotlight Danielle Smith, our dedicated Dietary Manager who has been serving our team since March 23, 2025.

Danielle leads the Dietary department with professionalism, organization and a heart for excellence. As the Manager over our Dietary staff, she ensures that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards for food quality, safety and service. Her leadership sets the tone for teamwork, accountability and consistency within the department.

Danielle is committed not only to the success of the Dietary team, but also to the well-being and satisfaction of the residents we serve. She leads by example, supports her staff and works diligently behind the scenes to make sure every meal reflects care and compassion.
Her steady leadership and dedication make a meaningful impact every single day.

We are grateful for horses! Here at Sea Grove Recovery, we are excited to offer our clients the experience of equine therapy with our friends at LEAP, Lowcountry Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. This form of therapy is an effective way to help clients open up their ability to connect emotionally, build trust and explore feelings in a safe and nonjudgemental environment.

Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting a lunch for the South Carolina Professional Liaisons Association in Greenville, SC. We were fortunate enough to co-host alongside Greenville Transitions and The Meadows teams and it was a wonderful way to connect with professionals in the substance use and mental health field.

Something we always get out of these events and value so highly is the personal connection with our community partners that allows us to ensure the best care for our clients.

Staying in touch with the foundation you built when you first chose sobriety is of the utmost importance. That's why we want to welcome all of our alumni clients to attend our meetings and stay in touch.

Our Alumni Coordinator, Matt, will host these meetings in an All Recovery Meeting format. By doing this we welcome every pathway that works for you! Our next meeting is on Zoom and will take place on February 9th! See you there!
