Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. Our experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one. Sea Grove Recovery is proud to be a member of Foundations Recovery Network. Physicians are on the medical staff of Sea Grove Recovery, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Sea Grove Recovery. The holidays are better when shared. This Christmas season, it brought joy to the community to come together with their families for games, charcuterie, dancing and connection. Recovery is stronger with support.

Narcan Saves Lives.
