Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. Our experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one. Sea Grove Recovery is proud to be a member of Foundations Recovery Network. Physicians are on the medical staff of Sea Grove Recovery, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Sea Grove Recovery. What better way to celebrate Recovery Month than right here in our own Mount Pleasant, SC! Sea Grove Recovery was honored to join FAVOR and our community partners for the Bridge Walk to Recovery.

It was an amazing event filled with hope, connection, and support for all those impacted by substance use. We are proud to walk alongside our community in celebrating recovery and spreading the message that healing is possible.

A big congratulation to our guy, Justin Jellico, for winning Employee of the Month! Justin is a diligent and extremely helpful member of our team here at Sea Grove, and we truly thank him for his work. Expectations continue to be exceeded when it comes to Justin's care for our clients.

Justin says his aspiration is to build a meaningful career in substance abuse treatment, where he can use his own personal journey and professional skills to support others. He wants to continue growing in this field and gain experience that allows him to make a lasting difference in people's lives. And Sea Grove Recovery is the perfect place to do that.

Our nurse, Michael, works very closely with Justin and says he is a fantastic BHT and is a pleasure to work with. He wears his heart on his sleeve and truly shows compassion for the patients here at Sea Grove. He is always willing to help and do whatever needs to be done to give the patients the best treatment possible.
