Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. O

ur experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one. Sea Grove Recovery is proud to be a member of Foundations Recovery Network. Physicians are on the medical staff of Sea Grove Recovery, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Sea Grove Recovery. FAVOR Lowcountry, We Love You.

We had a blast at the "FORE" Hope Classic - A Charity Golf Event Supporting Recovery in the Lowcountry. Getting to play a round of golf with people that called us for help in the past is an indescribable experience. Persistence, patience and joy all throughout that golf course last week; it was truly meaningful.
