It’s not just Hell Week anymore — it’s Hell Week, hexed. But their sorcery has one weakness: you. From October 24-31, take on 4 of the 8 hellishly hexed workouts to break their curse. ​

Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡
