Walk-in for flu shots EVERY Thursday from 1pm – 3pm

MOUNT PLEASANT
Walk-in for flu shots on Saturday October 18 from 9am – 11am OR EVERY Tuesday from 10am – 1pm
One drive-thru day – on Tuesday October 14 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.

For Esposito Medical patients only. Please bring your ID and insurance card.
If you cannot attend the flu shot clinic, please call to make an appointment.
Covid vaccines are also available for qualified patients but require an appointment. Please call to schedule.

The Connellsville Memorial Day Parade will be on Monday, May 26. We will be selling American flags for $1.00 each starting at 9:15am at the Connellsville office. All proceeds benefit the Pennsylvania Elks Veteran’s Assistance Fund.

We will be having a walk in clinic this Thursday 6/27 from 8 am to 11:30 am with our nurse practitioner in the Mt Pleasant office. This walk in clinic will be for the following:
-blood pressure checks
-labwork
-immunizations (covered in the office)
-well child checks (for existing patients)
-diabetic retinal eye screening

This walk in clinic will not be accepting new patients or hospital follow ups. Please call our office if you would like to schedule those appointments or any others not listed above.

The Connellsville Community Yard Sale is today and Saturday, May 11. We will be leaving our items on the front porch the entire week for anyone to come and get what they want. All proceeds benefit the Connellsville community children's toy drive. Please place all donations in our mailbox by our door.

We are participating again this year, rain or shine, in the annual Connellsville Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 4 at 8am. There will be household items, toys, and baked goods for sale. If it is raining, we will continue to hold our sale on our covered front porch. All of our proceeds will benefit the Connellsville Rotary Community Toy Drive.

This Memorial Day we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
On Monday morning, we will be selling United States Flags for $1.00 at our Connellsville office at 505 North Pittsburgh Street. All proceeds benefit the Pennsylvania Elks Veteran Assistance Program. Please stop by our office Monday starting at 9:30 am if you would like to purchase a flag.

Esposito Medical Associates will be participating in the Connellsville Annual Community yard sale on Saturday, May 6th at 8am. Come see us at our Connellsville location. We will have household items, baby items, and toys. We will also have baked goods, food, and drinks available for purchase. All of the proceeds benefit the Greater Connellsville Wrestling Club’s new training facility at the high school.
