Our team of providers deliver an urgent care scope of practice at your home or place of business, on your schedule. We offer a broad set of medical services designed for your convenience and quality of care. Our treatment menu ranges from minor illnesses such as strep, influenza, ear pain, sore throat, and upper respiratory infections to suturing, IV rehydration and antibiotics, and trigger point injections. We also offer Rapid & PCR Covid Testing. Call us anytime with questions or to schedule an appointment.

We Travel to You: After coordinating with your provider, they will meet you at the time and location of your choosing, including home, office, school, or wherever is most convenient. Your provider will examine, diagnose, and treat your ailment; they also have the ability to dispense many of your medications on site!

Payment:

When billing through insurance, we accept your insurance’s co-pay in full at the time of service and is payable by cash, check, credit card, debit card, and health savings account. Visit https://gomedhealth.com/cost-and-insurance/ for further explanation!

BlueCross BlueShield SC (Blue Choice, Preferred, Medicare Advantage), TRICARE, UHC, Cigna, Aetna (call 844.994.6633 for any questions related to insurance plans)

Self Pay/Fees for Service https://gomedhealth.com/self-pay/:

Visit: $175 plus 1 additional service (Flu, Strep, Mono, RSV, UA, Pregnancy test)

injectable medications: $20 ea.

Lacerations, 2cm or less: $99, 2.1-4cm: $150, >4cm: $225

IV Fluids: $100 per bag
