🧘🏻‍♀️ Yin Yoga through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine 💫

This all levels workshop is part experiential and part educational.
Our three hour Workshop will explore the Five Meridian Channel Pairs and how the Five Phase Theory and the Elements relate to organ health and seasonal cycles.
Through discussion and guided practice, we hope to better understand how each meridian pair relates to overall vitality and how these deep practices support our spirit, mind and body.
