Novie Payne started producing and casting for television and film, in 2004. She especially enjoyed working with child actors and teens. As a Casting Director, she often thought about how great it would be if she could counsel the young talent and offer them guidance in the industry. She took her skill set and vast knowledge of the entertainment industry and segued her various talents into providing mental health treatment services to children, adolescents and young adults. ~We are YOUNG.
