This bathroom was inside a vacant foreclosure that hadn’t been touched in quite some time. Before renovations even begin, the new homeowners wanted a fresh, sanitary starting point — and that’s exactly what we delivered.
We were able to restore several of the major pieces in this bathroom and bring life back into the space instead of everything needing immediate replacement. 🙌

The tricky part? 🚿
The water was completely shut off for renovations..but where most people see a problem, we see a solution.

For situations like this, we always keep gallons of purified Culligan water stocked in our van. We use it regularly properly dilute our professional cleaners — which not only allowed us to get the job done without running water, but also prevents film and hard water spotting (especially when a property doesn’t have softened water).
