This season has been a tender and meaningful one for me. As I prepare to welcome my first child—a baby girl—arriving in February, I’ll be stepping into a longer hiatus. That means the three gatherings happening this month with and will be my final offerings for a while—including this Saturday’s retreat and two more opportunities to gather before I pause.

I’m filled with deep gratitude for this community and for everyone who has shown up, shared vulnerably, and helped co-create these spaces. Bearing witness to the connections and transformations that have unfolded has been one of the greatest honors of this work.

Thank you for holding me with so much love as I step into this next chapter.

With Aloha and Metta,
Kim Lange

2025 was filled with deep connection, open hearts, and brave conversations—from Ritual & Release to our women’s circles and retreats. Thank you to everyone who came to our gatherings and shared your stories, your tears, your laughter, and your truth. It is a privilege to bear witness to the transformations that unfold when we gather with intention.

So much gratitude to the artists, collaborators, and facilitators who brought their wisdom and magic into these spaces. We are so grateful to share this community with you .io .guide.to.intentional.living .production tetheredwrds .art .oree .bina .grace .daisi.igoe .cofield

NEXT SATURDAY - Join Evan Watson and Kim Lange for a nourishing women’s yoga, meditation + sound healing retreat designed to help you soften into the new year with clarity and care.

This gathering offers a gentle pause after the fullness of the holidays—a space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer needs to be carried, and step into the year feeling supported and centered. -Embodied movement and gentle yoga that reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and help you open, unwind, and root
-A resonant sound healing journey, using vibration and frequency to soothe your nervous system and restore balance
-Mindfulness meditation to steady your attention, deepen presence, and invite inner spaciousness
-Time for reflection and intention-setting, honoring your own beginnings and clarifying what you wish to cultivate in the year ahead

We will have (3) spaces available for 20 minute Peak Performance Stretch Therapy sessions with Evan Watson. Each private session can be reserved for an additional $35.

Join us next month on Sunday January 25th for a donation-based Tibetan Healing Chö Ceremony with Paige Hetherington 🪷 This traditional ceremony combines sacred song, ritual instruments, and chanting to purify the five elements which compose the body and mind. It is an approach for clearing the deeper causes of illness believed to be psychological and karmic. It can be used to resolve stubborn obstacles, either energetic or ancestral, that are difficult to access or unresponsive to other therapies.

Join us Tuesday 12/16 for Edging Into Softness: Sensuality Through the Dharma at Evolve Academy.
A workshop for women exploring the sacred intersection of sensuality, presence, and embodied wisdom.

So much of female sensuality is shaped by stories we didn’t write—
expectations, performance, shame, comparison.
In this space, we return to the body with curiosity instead of judgment,
with breath instead of pressure,
with compassion instead of old narratives.

Through meditation, mindful movement, and honest group discussion, we’ll explore what it means to feel from the inside out:
to inhabit sensation rather than perform it,
to reclaim pleasure as guidance,
to meet our experience with tenderness instead of critique.

At the heart of this workshop is a dharma teaching that frames our whole journey:
“Meet your edge and soften.”

🌿 What does that mean?

Your edge is the place where conditioning meets truth—
the moment where you feel yourself brace, hold, perform, or disconnect.
It’s the boundary between habit and possibility.

To soften does not mean collapse or give in.
It means bringing presence to the place you would usually tighten.
It’s choosing curiosity over fear,
breath over reaction,
openness over judgment.

Softening is how we reclaim the body as a place of wisdom rather than a battlefield.

Join us as we explore sensuality as a dharmic practice—
a path of returning home to ourselves with innocence, honesty, and gentle power.

This past weekend at the Red Tent lead by Margi Connor we explored the myth of Persephone — goddess of both spring and the underworld — and the reminder that descent is not a punishment, but an initiation. A sacred journey into the hidden places of the soul where clarity, power, and self-knowledge take root.

Through ritual, reflection, and the gentle holding of circle, we stepped into the feminine descent — meeting our shadows with compassion, releasing what no longer serves, and honoring the parts of ourselves that are ready to rise. The questions we held were simple and brave:

What is asking to be shed? What truth lies beneath the surface? What part of me is ready to be reborn?

To every woman who showed up with openness, softness, and courage: thank you.
Thank you for your presence.
Thank you for your stories.
Thank you for the way you held one another.

May the seeds planted in this gathering continue to unfold in your own timing, with grace.

Watching what’s been happening with ICE this past year has been heartbreaking. While the public narrative often frames deportations as targeting “criminals,” recent DHS data shows that nearly two-thirds of the 120,000+ people deported between January and May had no criminal convictions at all.

For our Día de los Mu***os fundraiser this year, I felt it was important to highlight the very real impact these policies have on families and communities — and to support those working to help.

On the morning of our event, the food truck vendor we had confirmed months ago reached out to say he was unsure about participating in something that supports immigrant communities — but said he would still come. Instead, he never arrived, ignored all calls, and later sent hostile messages when we shared what had happened.

It’s easy to vilify a group when you’ve never broken bread with them, heard their story, or witnessed the love and labor that make up their everyday lives. It’s easy to reduce human beings to headlines when we don’t see the person in front of us.

I felt discouraged in that moment — and honestly, I still do. But I’m also more committed than ever.

I will keep creating spaces that bring people together.
I will keep amplifying voices that are overlooked or misunderstood.
I will keep choosing compassion over fear — community over division.
