Our Story

The story of Ideal Posture and Spine is very different from your typical health clinic. It was our very own experiences in life that propelled us to launch the type of business that could bring life long change to other people. We know what it is like to be the suffering patient, enduring sickness and disease without any proper solutions. This is our biggest driving factor: to provide massive change and solutions for people that have lost hope in traditional healthcare.

I had my “aha” moment after my first visit to a Chiropractor. I had reached my breaking point with the failure of traditional treatments to heal my body. With the introduction of Chiropractic care in my life, not only did my body start working normally again, but I noticed a profound mental shift within myself. This experience marked the beginning of my passion for healing and wellness.

Dr. Katally’s story is very powerful. She also experienced this incredible mental shift when she was introduced to Chiropractic care. As a long time sufferer from depression and anxiety, as well as other symptoms, Chiropractic care literally saved her life from a misdiagnosis, and almost committing su***de due to medication.

We founded Ideal Posture and Spine in 2014 because we wanted to provide people with those same life changing experiences that saved us. Our community and world is already in a health disaster, and the current solutions are not serving us well. We want to be our community’s best solution and provider because we are the only office in the greater Charleston area offering this unique care. Our unique 4T approach has taken us years to develop and fine-tune, and we are very proud to say we have successfully treated thousands of patients with our system.
