Today, we honor an incredible milestone: Dr. Granger Osborne’s retirement after 50 years of serving as a physician & 46 years serving the patients of SC, completing his career at Lowcountry OBGYN! After a lifetime devoted to medicine, healing, and patient care, Dr. Osborne has left an indelible mark on countless lives while delivering thousands of babies.

From pioneering new treatments to offering unwavering support to patients and colleagues, his legacy is truly inspiring.
