📣Hot off the press! The 2025/26 Trident AAA Resource Directories are in. So incredibly special to be a part of this project honoring a senior artist in the Tricounty area. Thank you Gail with Regency Southern Care Hospice for nominating “Jeanne”.
Title: “Home”
About the artist: Carole “Jeanne” Campbell was a lifelong artist, drawn to creativity in many forms. Her passion for art found expression in oil paintings, often created with a palette knife, and delicate watercolors brushed with care. Jeanne’s artistic talent extended beyond the canvas—she had a gifted eye for interior design. She skillfully blended textures, light, and color to create warm, inviting spaces filled with beauty and comfort.
Her creativity flourished outdoors as well. Jeanne’s yard was a masterpiece, thoughtfully arranged with winding rock paths, vibrant shrubs, and blooming flowers. Neighbors often paused to admire the stunning landscape she had lovingly cultivated.
Jeanne was also known for her gift of hospitality. Her gatherings were memorable not just for the delicious, thoughtfully themed meals she served, but for the unique and beautiful presentation of her table settings and dishes. To Jeanne, the world itself was a canvas—her artistry touched every part of life.
She married John, her sweetheart, shortly after high school graduation. Together, they raised two children, Jay and Jill. Jeanne was a grandmother to seven grandchildren at the time of her passing.❤️🫶🏻❤️
