Are you suffering from headaches? Stimulate the Vagus Nerve to get relief. When you stimulate the Vagus Nerve it sends messages to your brain and the brain listens and responds. When we move our trunks and our lower bodies, the Vagus Nerve gets stimulated. Stand up and swing your arms around your body. Thank you to Susan Klemm for her testimonial regarding our Mepkin Abbey retreat.

"It was a wonderful retreat. I feel blockages opened and movement in my femoral heads, something I've been working away at for years. Indeed. Keep doing what you're doing!!!!"

It was a pleasure teaching and practicing Qigong with my 12 participants this past weekend. We were all able to relax or minds and bodies and also be in fellowship with each other and nature. I'm very thankful and grateful for this experience.

What a great weekend we had at Mepkin Abbey, Oct 3-5th, 2025! I'm grateful and thankful for each participant who came from near and far to learn and practice Qigong.

We enjoyed movement, peace and fellowship together in ways that were very transformative for our minds, hearts and spirits.

If you're in need of renewal, joy, serenity, connection, tranquility, being refreshed, feeling lighter, recharging or peace, practicing Qigong is a simple easy way to get you on this path. Twelve participants set these intentions, and they were able to find what they were seeking. Amazing and wonderful!

Are you always judging what you have or haven't achieved? This is what "The Constant Critic" does. Are you a slave to your performance? Are you constantly comparing your life to others?

Are you in self-expression mode (love) or self-protection mode (fear)? Thank you to Jim Murphy for pointing out these two differences in his book, Inner Excellence. Choose self-expression today. Love is the highest energy we have access to each day. Who doesn't want this? Fear is a liar.

Go to the beach and journal. Write down your affirmations. Find space for clarity. What type of life do you want? I hope you want a life of love and not one where you're bound up by fear.
