Level 1 - Compás Series - Recalibrating My Compass

Introduction. Blueprint. Sustainable.

Welcome to the introduction and overview of DreamWeaving Technique & Fitness (DWT&F) where we experience an efficient, effective, and sustainable option for expressing perfect health. We acknowledge the interconnectedness of allopathic and Traditional systems of healing and simplify lifestyle choices. This series of classes is open to everyone. If you want to know more about your mind/body/emotion/spirit’s interrelatedness or augment your practice as health care practitioner or physician, the compás series of classes is for you. It is an experience for patients and physicians because your instructor shares her perspective as a patient and as a physician. Simplify and enhance your life with this cost and time efficient practice. Set your compass to navigate greater health, vibrant energy, and fulfill your Destiny.

Outline:
1 - Self-care - Qigong & Sequoia Meditation
2 - Allopathic Viewpoint - Holographic overview of 11 organ systems
3 - Traditional Viewpoint - Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 5 Element Phases, & the 7 main chakras
4 - Bridge - Identify & simplify commonalities & complements of Allopathic & Traditional Viewpoints, diagram your Holographic Personality, organize an Aromatic Holographic Diagram, Base chakra, Red
5 - Practical/Technique Lab - Occipital release, give/receive core essential oil applications
6 - Aromatherapy - Safety, chemistry, physics, Value of choosing 3-5 core oils
7 - Unity - Verbal & non-verbal conversations, on-line & in-person team-building

Dates: July 7 - August 6, 2025
Times: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm pacific time (PC)
Location: Online. In-person class meetings To be Announced (TBA)

You must successfully pass the Level 1 Compás Series Self-care/written/practical/bridge exams to continue to the Level 2 Levity series.

Pickleball and Bike Rack Wisdom - part one
