Possible reasons you have food cravings:
▪️You’re eating empty calories without any nutritional value. Your body is craving nutrients (even if it’s junk food you’re craving).
▪️You can’t properly digest the good food you’re eating, so you’re not absorbing the nutrients.
▪️You have “unwanted organisms” that are the cause behind your cravings.

Eating nutrient-dense foods, supporting digestion and eliminating unwanted organisms can stop food cravings in their tracks.
