I have to give all my providers a ton of recognition! None of them were doing telehealth before COVID struck. Most of them knew how important it was going to be for their clients during this stressful time and had it up and running in a flash! You are important! Thank you for your sacrifice and hard work!

The true joys of technology...last week I lost a whole day to the internet and phone being down for an entire day. This week the medical billing software is now down for the second day in a row!

A medical billers job can be frustrating because insurance companies are frustrating! Having a great medical biller, assures you that claims are paid correctly. Someone has to be keeping an eye on remittance.

I headed to Greenville this past weekend and met with 3 of my providers! It was great reconnecting with them in person.
