nicol Nicole was first introduced to yoga through dance.

She started her practice in 2011 and immediately saw the positive effects yoga had in her life. She knew that she wanted to share this practice with many others and became a certified yoga instructor at the Always-At-Aum Yoga School of Scranton in 2014. Vinyasa yoga is movement that is synchronized to the breath. This style is also known as a flow yoga, because of the fluid way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale, linking your breath to movement. Nicole offers whole group instruction and private yoga instruction in the Scranton & Pocono area.
