We have moved!!! We are excited to announce that in 2024, we expanded our practice to include more amazing support services for our Chicagoland area families. With expanded services came a rebranding and a new name. The core of who we are and what we do has not changed, as we continue to be fiercely passionate about improving pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for all families.

100% Yes!

If you don't feel comfortable saying "No", "No, thank you", or "Not at this time" to your provider... you need a new provider.

You are entrusting your provider with one of the most important moments in your life. You are entrusting them with your physical and psychological health.

If care is not collaborative there is a problem. If you feel pressured, shamed, unheard, or uncomfortable, that is not ok and it shouldn't be normalized.

Let your doula know if you are finding it difficult to communicate your preferences and boundaries with your providers and we are happy to meet with you and strategize any time ❤ We are always team YOU!
