We had a wonderful gathering last night, as 19 members and guests came together for HEROES Training at Body & Brain Mt Prospect Center!

Master David opened the session by sharing energy principles. Everyone then focused deeply as we moved through dancing, holding postures, relaxation, and concluded with an energy meditation. It was an inspiring evening filled with connection, vitality, and growth.

When we are thankful for something, we have accepted its exitence. Something we 've accepted circulates, rather than lies stagnant within and around us. When we release and circulate something, we can see it clearly and not become consumed by it. By having an open heart and energy, we can sende our true self and take on the consciousness of the source if life.. desiring things that benefit all, and the ability to achieve them.
