It's time to start working on those toenail issues before next summer. It takes 9 months to a year for the nail to grow out.

It's back to school so time for new shoes and socks. Please measure for proper fitting shoes and buy new breathable socks. Have a great new school year!

Happy Friday! In the next month when getting the kids school shoe make sure they fit well. Get measured. Make sure they can wiggle their toes in the shoe and not hit the front of the shoe. Socks are also so important. Make sure you get the Dri Fit Cool Maxx type socks. They are breathable and some antimicrobial and antifungal. If you have questions give us a call.
