At Shasta Cascade Health Centers we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate care close to home. Every day our teams provide medical, dental and behavioral health services to patients who might otherwise go without. Our mission has always been simple and human. We meet people where they are and help them move toward better health and stability.

This year we expanded that mission through our Enhanced Care Management program. ECM allows us to walk beside patients facing food insecurity, unstable housing, lack of transportation and other challenges that make daily life harder. We can now help connect people with resources, support and guidance at the moments they need it most. It has already changed lives in ways that remind us why community health matters.

Your support on Giving Tuesday helps us continue this work. Every contribution stays here in Siskiyou County and strengthens the safety net for your neighbors, friends and families. Even small gifts help us reach more people with care that is warm, respectful and truly needed.
