Mount Shasta Friends of Tibetan Culture

We are volunteers who help organize and host Tibetan cultural events in Mount Shasta, CA serving Northern California and Southern Oregon. The Tibetan Buddhist Monks share their inspirational message of wisdom, impermanence and compassion. Sponsors and Volunteers are welcome to join us. We encourage community participation.

We have requested the new Gaden Shartse Phukhang tour to come in May.
There will be four monks and their driver Joe Benson. Joe has been to Mount Shasta with monks many, many times.

A 2026 schedule will be available in April.
