If you are having difficulty conceiving, here are 9 things that you can do to help increase your fertility.
1. Get Acupuncture-acupuncture can help regulate reproductive hormones, improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, improve s***m quality and quantity, help with embryo implantation, and help regulate the nervous system (which will help manage anxiety and stress).
2. Clean up your diet: Make sure that you cut out processed foods (which contain seed oils, preservatives and large quantities of sugar). Instead, eat organic whole foods like green veggies, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains.
