2. Cook at least one healthy meal for yourself each day

3. Purchase a reusable water bottle and keep it with you all day to maximize hydration.

4. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday

5. Try at least one new fitness class, activity or hobby every month

6. Limit caffeine intake

7. Cut down on screen time (especially before bed!)

8. Get up from your desk every hour and take a lap around the office

9. Expose yourself to sun every morning to increase your production of Vitamin D

If you are having difficulty conceiving, here are 9 things that you can do to help increase your fertility.

1. Get Acupuncture-acupuncture can help regulate reproductive hormones, improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, improve s***m quality and quantity, help with embryo implantation, and help regulate the nervous system (which will help manage anxiety and stress).

2. Clean up your diet: Make sure that you cut out processed foods (which contain seed oils, preservatives and large quantities of sugar). Instead, eat organic whole foods like green veggies, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains.

3. Limit Toxin Exposure: Try to switch out personal care items for products that do not contain synthetic fragrances and ingredients.

4. Cut out alcohol-consider limiting alcohol as much as possible if you are trying to conceive and cutting it out 100% if you suspect you may be pregnant.

5. Maintain a Healthy Weight- A BMI of 20-24 can be key to getting pregnant. Being underweight or overweight can cause irregular ovulation.

6. Manage Your Stress-If you are producing high levels of cortisol it can affect the communication between your brain and ovaries. Consider breathing exercises, yoga, tai chi, journaling and therapy as ways to help reduce stress.

7. Limit your caffeine intake-keep your daily coffee consumption to no more than 1-2 cups per day.

8. Gentle Exercise-yoga, walking, cycling and swimming are all great options for increasing fertility.

9. Stop Smoking-Smoking has been linked to damaging eggs as they develop in the ovaries. If you are trying to get pregnant ditch the ci******es!
