Three days, five stages, and 50 bands at the beautiful Natural Chimneys Park and Campground in Mt Solon, VA, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.

The towering limestone chimneys, reaching more than 120' in the air, provide a spectacular backdrop for you to lounge in the Music Meadow and hear some great music in the great outdoors. Red Wing focuses on the whole experience: an incredible variety of food, craft vendors, kids activities, camping, swimming, organized bike rides, yoga, runs, hiking adventures, and much, much more!

We are incredibly appreciative of Mt. Solon Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad for supporting the Red Wing medical team and responding to our emergency calls over the years!

Their annual fund drive is underway. We have donated towards their new ambulance and encourage you to consider a donation, as well!

The Steel Wheels present the eighth annual Red Wing Roots Music Festival on July 9, 10 & 11, 2021, brought to you by Blue Mountain Brewery and WNRN. Three days, five stages and 40+ bands at the beautiful Natural Chimneys Park and Campground in Mt Solon, VA, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.
