The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind as I’ve been taking time off to care for my husband after his injury and juggle all of his appointments. In the middle of all that, I know a few reschedules may have slipped through the cracks.

But rewind five years… I was in a dark place. Depression had me stuck inside, no makeup, no confidence, no spark. Bit by bit I fought my way back. And now? I’ve built the strong, confident version of me I once thought was impossible.
